Italian Passata Pasta Sauce

Traditionally passata is made right at the end of summer, when there is plenty ripe, juicy tomatoes, and it’s put into bottles.  Our families make traditional Italian passata every year, this year we held our passata class with the crew from FarmBlitz.

Farmblitz invited locals from the Mitchell Shire Council to participate in a day of passata making. And what a great day we had.
