Committed to using the highest quality ingredients, the free range pork used in our workshops is sourced from producers who breed heritage pigs outdoors, where they are free to roam and forage, ensuring flavoursome sausages.

No preservatives or premixes are used, so our sausages are suitable for those with a gluten intolerance.

TMR can provide recommendations, but the fresh herbs & spices are available for you to make a sausage to your liking.
