Rather than writing a post for each and every salami making class, I thought I would recap on what a cracker season that we have had with the cold weather and sell out salami making classes. We have held almost weekly classes here since May and with our final class for the year scheduled on 1 August 2015, we are proud to have imparted traditional salami making methods on more and more people.

Thanks to all those that have participated, the key is now wait patiently until the salami has had time to cure, then you can open and enjoy!
