Dal Zotto Wines LogoOn a perfectly cold July morning we kicked off our Salami making course combined with Dal Zotto Wines.

After a stroll through the kitchen garden, Marcel demonstrated to the group how to break down pork to make Salami, he also showed the group where each cut comes from and aspects of a good quality pork cuts and meat.

Course participants enjoyed a long lunch with The Meat Room wood fired oven baked porchetta and beautiful prosseco from the Dal Zotto family.
