A group of friends decided to meet at The Meat Room for their annual get together. They travelled from across the country to learn the art of salami making from The Meat Room.

Marcel showed the group how to break down pork to make Salami, he also showed the group where each cut comes from and aspects of a good quality pork cuts and meat.

After a lunch prepared by James in the wood fired oven, a traditional suckling porchetta, the friends prepared their salami with flavours of fennel and chili.
