We were very excited to have Geoff visit The Meat Room for a private tuition on making salami and cured meats.

We weren’t sure who was going to learn more, the minutes turned into hours and our shared passion was ignited as we talked through our passion for produce.

Geoff brought along samples of his home made pickles bread and butter pickles, Chilli Jam, Roasted Capsicum Jam which we devoured along with our salamis and pancettas.
